This Platform Disclaimer describes the role and limitations of Ensuric in connection with the Platform, Merchant Listings, Content and Services made available through ensuric.in and any related applications, interfaces or channels operated by Ensuric.

It applies to visitors, Users, Merchants and any other person who accesses, browses, submits information to, communicates through or otherwise uses the Platform.

Ensuric is a local business discovery platform operated by Ensuric Softwares & Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with LLP Identification Number ABB-2961.

The Platform helps Users discover and connect with local Merchants, professionals and service providers through Listings, categories, search, location-based discovery, collections and other discovery or community-oriented features.

Ensuric primarily provides technology and information that enables Users to discover Merchants and contact them directly.

Unless expressly stated for a specific Service, Ensuric is not the:

• owner or operator of a listed business;
• seller, supplier, manufacturer or distributor of goods offered by a Merchant;
• provider, employer or supervisor of services performed by a Merchant;
• agent or representative of a User or Merchant;
• party to an agreement entered into between a User and a Merchant;
• delivery, logistics, fulfilment or transportation provider;
• booking, payment, escrow, insurance or credit provider, unless specifically identified otherwise; or
• guarantor of the identity, conduct, qualifications, performance or reliability of any User or Merchant.

The inclusion of a Merchant or Listing on the Platform does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise or fiduciary relationship between Ensuric and that Merchant.

A Listing is a business profile or information page relating to a Merchant. Listings may be:

• submitted directly by a Merchant;
• submitted by an authorised Merchant representative;
• created or supplemented by Ensuric using lawfully available information;
• updated through a Merchant claim process; or
• modified following moderation, verification, correction or reporting activity.

A Listing that has been claimed, managed, reviewed, moderated or verified is not necessarily an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Ensuric.

Ensuric may review, edit, standardise, restrict, suspend or remove Listing information in accordance with the Merchant Listing Policy. Such actions do not make Ensuric responsible for the Merchant's business, goods, services or conduct.

The appearance of a Merchant, Listing, product, service, professional or other Content on the Platform does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, certification, approval or guarantee by Ensuric.

Ensuric does not guarantee:

• the identity or legal status of every Merchant;
• the accuracy, completeness or continued validity of Listing information;
• the quality, safety, legality, suitability or availability of goods or services;
• that a Merchant holds every licence, registration, qualification or permission required for its activities;
• that a Merchant will accept an enquiry, booking, order or service request;
• that a product, service, price, offer or time slot remains available; or
• the outcome of any communication or transaction between a User and a Merchant.

Users should independently evaluate a Merchant and verify any information material to their decision.

The Platform may indicate that a Merchant is nearby, available at a particular location, able to visit a customer, operating online, or serving specified areas, cities, states, countries or distance ranges.

Such information may be based on details supplied by the Merchant, location data, selected service areas, approximate distance calculations or other Platform relevance factors.

Availability and coverage information is provided for discovery purposes and does not guarantee that the Merchant:

• is currently open or operational;
• will serve the User's precise location;
• has available staff, inventory or appointment capacity;
• can meet a requested delivery or completion time;
• will provide delivery, home service, pickup or online fulfilment on the terms displayed; or
• will accept an order, enquiry, booking or service request.

Users should confirm current availability, service coverage, minimum-order requirements, delivery conditions and other fulfilment terms directly with the Merchant.

Unless Ensuric expressly states otherwise for a particular Service, any enquiry, quotation, purchase, booking, appointment, order, delivery arrangement, service engagement or other transaction is entered into directly between the User and the Merchant.

The parties to the transaction are responsible for agreeing and performing all applicable terms, including:

• the scope and description of goods or services;
• pricing, taxes, deposits and payment methods;
• delivery, pickup, appointment or completion timelines;
• cancellations, replacements, refunds and returns;
• warranties and after-sales support;
• access to premises and safety arrangements for home services;
• licences, permits, prescriptions, qualifications or other legal requirements; and
• the resolution of complaints or disputes.

Ensuric is not responsible for enforcing an agreement between a User and a Merchant unless Ensuric has expressly undertaken that responsibility under separate terms applicable to a particular Service.

Prices, discounts, delivery charges, service charges, minimum-order requirements, taxes, promotional offers and other commercial terms displayed in a Listing are generally provided or determined by the Merchant.

Such information may change without advance notice and may be subject to conditions that are not fully displayed on the Platform.

Users should confirm the final price and all applicable charges directly with the Merchant before placing an order, making a payment or confirming a booking.

Listings may contain business names, descriptions, addresses, contact details, operating hours, service information, catalogues, menus, photographs, videos, logos, certificates, promotional materials, delivery information and other Merchant-supplied Content.

Images and other media may be illustrative, edited, outdated or representative and may not depict the exact product, service, personnel, packaging, premises or current condition.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that Content they provide is accurate, lawful, appropriately authorised and does not infringe third-party rights.

The Platform may introduce reviews, ratings, comments, questions, recommendations, reports, photographs or other Content submitted by Users.

Such Content represents the views or experiences of the person who submitted it and does not necessarily represent the views of Ensuric.

Ensuric may moderate User Content under its applicable policies, but does not guarantee that every submission is accurate, complete, unbiased or suitable for reliance.

The Platform may use a location selected or provided by the User, approximate device location where permission has been granted, Merchant location information, geographic coverage data and other relevance factors to organise discovery results.

Distances, nearby labels, map positions, travel estimates and service-area matches may be approximate. They should not be treated as exact measurements or guarantees of accessibility, travel time or service eligibility.

The Platform may contain Listings for doctors, healthcare establishments, legal professionals, financial professionals, astrologers, contractors, educators or other providers whose activities may require specialised qualifications, licences or professional judgement.

Information displayed on the Platform is intended for discovery and general informational purposes. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, technical or other professional advice from Ensuric.

Users are responsible for checking the qualifications, registrations, experience and suitability of a professional before relying on their advice or services.

The Platform should not be used as a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, Users should contact the appropriate emergency authority or qualified service provider directly.

The Platform may provide links or integrations involving third-party websites, maps, messaging applications, telephone services, social media platforms, payment providers, authentication providers or other external services.

Third-party services are operated independently and may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.

Ensuric does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, conduct or performance of third-party services.

Ensuric aims to maintain a reliable and useful Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access.

Access may be delayed, restricted or interrupted because of maintenance, technical failures, network conditions, third-party dependencies, security events, legal requirements, operational decisions or circumstances beyond Ensuric's reasonable control.

Search results, rankings, recommendations and displayed Content may change as Listings, algorithms, availability information and Platform functionality are updated.

Ensuric may introduce additional Services, including Merchant claims, Merchant dashboards, reviews, collections, community features, service requests, bookings, appointments, digital catalogues, ordering, online payments, subscriptions, advertising, loyalty features, application programming interfaces and mobile applications.

Unless separate terms expressly provide otherwise, the principles in this Disclaimer will continue to apply to those Services.

Where a new Service changes Ensuric's role or creates additional rights and obligations, Ensuric may publish feature-specific terms, notices or policies. Those terms will apply in addition to this Disclaimer and will prevail to the extent of a direct conflict.

Users should exercise reasonable care and independent judgement before:

• contacting or engaging a Merchant;
• sharing personal or sensitive information;
• making an advance or final payment;
• visiting business premises;
• inviting a service provider into a home or workplace;
• purchasing goods or confirming a booking;
• relying on professional, safety-related or regulated services; or
• entering into any contractual or commercial arrangement.

Users should retain relevant communications, quotations, invoices, payment records and transaction terms where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ensuric is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay, dispute or liability arising from or relating to:

• acts or omissions of a User, Merchant or third party;
• inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated Listing information;
• the quality, legality, safety, suitability or performance of goods or services;
• pricing differences, payment disputes, cancellations, refunds, warranties or delivery issues;
• a Merchant's failure to hold a required licence, registration, qualification or insurance;
• communications or transactions occurring outside the Platform;
• reliance on reviews, ratings or other User Content;
• third-party websites, applications or services;
• temporary unavailability, interruption or technical error; or
• circumstances beyond Ensuric's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Additional liability provisions applicable to use of the Platform are contained in the Terms of Service.

This Disclaimer forms part of Ensuric's legal and trust documentation and should be read together with:

• the Terms of Service, which govern access to and use of the Platform;
• the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled;
• the Merchant Listing Policy, which governs the creation, management, moderation and removal of Listings; and
• any additional terms or notices published for a specific Service.

If a provision of this Disclaimer directly conflicts with a feature-specific term, the feature-specific term will apply to that feature.

Ensuric may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in law, Platform functionality, Services, operational practices or risk-management requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised version number or last-updated date. Users should review this page periodically.
